April has been a month of showers, sunshine and of course new beauty obsessions. From new favourites to rediscovered holy grails, there's plenty to talk about...


Benefit's Crease Less Cream Shadow in 'Blue my mind' is a wearable silver pastel blue. It's perfectly long lasting, creamy and blend able. The pigmentation is build able, with a subtle amount of shimmer and sheen. I really recommend this range- and if you don't fancy the blue, there are plenty of champagnes and bronzes in the collection.

Chanel's Rouge Allure Lipgloss in 'Affroliant' is the perfect spring lip product. The soft, yet pigmented, wet look shine atrracts light to the lips in a very comfortable, non- sticky way. The applicator covers the lips smoothly, coating them in an even layer of product. The colour is also very versatile- it can work for a no make-up look or a dramatic evening one.

Currently the retro satchel and Mary- Janes look is back, I'm in love with these Clark's Griffin Monty shoes. They are casual, but smart too. The slight heel gives a little height, but they're very wearable.
