Awesome for August

I have plenty of new products that I've been giving a go and loving. From new summer polishes, skincare saviours, golden highlights and bold stained lips. To achieve the perfect summer look, just keep reading...
Starting with a brand new polish from Essie. After eyeing up the brand new collection for Summer, 'Chillato' is definitely my favourite. A delicate, delightful pastel pistachio with creamy opaque formula and application ease with Essie's brush perfection. With undertones of fresh lemon and a hint of mint, the fresh, brightening shade is Spring and Summer polish perfection. 

Recently I have been struggling with a few breakouts and Burt's Bees Natural Anti- Blemish Solutions. The targeted spot treatment helps clear the pores and dry the blemish with willow bark, salicylic acid and lemon extract. Due to the high acidic content, open pores or spots may sting, but the outcome is worth it.

July has left an impact on my make-up collection, throwing out and giving away, and also rediscovering old products. Body Shop's Glow Radiance Pearls have suddenly flown back into my everyday routine. The golden stunning shimmer is incredibly reflective, so if you prefer a subtle highlight, this isn't for you. This really catches the sunlight twinkling and sparkling- its incredibly beautiful.

With shorts, skirts and bikinis being worn left, right and centre, glossy, smooth and moisturised legs are a definite. I have been trying to keep on top of applying a body oil or butter after the shower. I am a sufferer of razor burn, and the unsightly rash up my legs doesn't boost my confidence. Another Body Shop product, the standard cult body butter, not only softens and smooths the legs and also smells INCREDIBLE. The moringa scent is one of my favourites, along with the strawberry. I love sweet and floral, so this is right up my street.

Finally, Bare Minerals have recently released their Pop of Passion tinted lip balms. As you know, I adore Bare Minerals and tinted lip balms, so this was bound to be love at first sight. The oil based balm has incredible stain power, so even through food and water, it tints the lips for hours. 'Punch Pop' is a pretty, punch of pink and red that can be built for a bold lip, or sheered for a natural berry blush.
