Summer's drawing to an end, Autumn's closing in and September's looming on the horizon. Transition shades, that blend well between the seasons, is a little beauty switch up worth the hassle. With some blue thrown in there, full coverage and hydration, lets dive in...
Starting with some very pretty blue polishes. A cornflower blue, a blend of purple and pale indigo, Barry M's Gelly Nail Polish in 'Blueberry' is incredible, on the toes especially. The long-lasting, gel finish polish is a very practical for summer, so lasts for weeks on the, despite swimming and feet being exposed regularly.
Model's Own polish for tans collection featured the stunning electric blue- 'Turquoise Sea'. With tan enhancing properties and an eye-catching statement nail shade- this is ideal for a last summer paint. But if you fancy this creamy formula- get it soon, as its limited edition.
Moving onto make-up, I wanted to give the Bare Minerals Multi- Tasking powder yet another shout out. I truly love this little pot of powder magic. I can't get enough of pairing this with a tinted moisturizer and cream blush for natural glowing skin. With minimal product required, pat into the skin with the Max Coverage Concealer Brush for ultimate build ability and dense coverage. Holy grail!
Speaking of holy grail, the new Shine Lover Lipsticks from Lancome, are climbing exceedingly quick up my list of favorite lipsticks. They are sheer, glossy and moisturizing. Whilst having the attributes of a lip-gloss, these pack a decent punch of pigment. Designed by the incredible Lisa Eldridge and faced by the beautiful Lily Collins, these were always going to be lovely. And housed in the chic white and silver packaging- what more could you want in a lipstick!
If you are looking for a liner for the upper water line that doesn't transfer, but can be removed with ease, look no further. Model Co's Pencil Eye Liner is soft and easy to apply and blend for a smoky and smudgy eye.
Malin + Gotez Lip Moisturizer is a recent addition to my skincare routine and one I adore. The unusual sticky texture allows intense moisture and smoothness. Dab a tiny amount over the lips for instant results. This will allow lip products to apply evenly. Whilst pricey for a small amount, this is a good investment as it will last for a long time!
